- Orders placed on weekends or after working hours will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods (holidays or promotions), processing may take a little longer.

2. Shipping & Costs
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- No shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
- Shipping options and delivery times will be shown clearly during checkout.

Delivery starts after your order is shipped.

- If your order shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If your order is lost, contact us within 14 business days after the expected delivery date.
