- All tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging

- Customer pays return shipping

- Provide clear photos

- We will send the correct item or offer a refund

- Contact us after the delivery timeframe
- We will investigate and provide a solution
✔ Order cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping
- If already shipped, standard return policy applies
5. Return Shipping
- Change of mind → customer pays
- Faulty / wrong item → we cover or reimburse
