You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After this period, returns may not be accepted.

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging

4. Different Return Situations

✔ Change of mind / wrong size

  • Return within 14 days
  • Customer pays return shipping

✔ Damaged or faulty items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos
  • We will offer:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund

✔ Wrong item received

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • We will send the correct item or offer a refund

✔ Item not received

  • Contact us after the delivery timeframe
  • We will investigate and provide a solution

✔ Order cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping
  • If already shipped, standard return policy applies

5. Return Shipping

  • Change of mind → customer pays
  • Faulty / wrong item → we cover or reimburse

6. Refund Process

After receiving your return:

  • We inspect the item
  • We confirm approval by email

7. Refund Time

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
